As a People Team Coordinator, you will report directly to the Chief People Office and have your hands in all thing People related, partnering cross-functionally across the organization. This is a contract opportunity for up to 30 hours/week, and will be hybrid (2-3 days/week) in our Sterling, VA office.

You will…

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring leaders across the organization to schedule candidate interviews, providing a great candidate and hiring manager experience
• Be instrumental in new employee onboarding, scheduling the onboarding sessions and ensuring smooth sessions for the onboarding week
• Prepares source documentation needed for new hires, or effective changes in pay, status, salary payments/adjustments, or health benefits, etc.
• Maintains high regard for employee privacy in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
